sortir to go/come/take out
The verb sortir uses "être" in the perfect tense when talking about going out somewhere. It uses "avoir" when talking about taking an object out of something.
Il est sorti de la maison. He went out of the house.
Il a sorti les poubelles. He took out the trash.
to go out / to get out
Tu sors comme ça ? Tu veux pas changer ? Are you going out like this? Don't you want to change?
Elle est sortie se promener. She went out for a walk.
J’ai hâte de sortir de là. I can't wait to get out of here.
Tu dois le sortir de ton système. You have to get it out of your system.

to come out
Ce modèle vient juste de sortir. This model has just come out.
Tu en sortiras encore plus fort. You will come out of it even stronger.
Tu devrais sortir de la pièce. You should come out of the room.
Elle sort de l’hôpital demain. She is leaving the hospital tomorrow.
to take out
Elle a sorti le chien. She took out the dog.
Il est temps de sortir ton portefeuille. It's time to take out your wallet.
Tu sortiras le vieux sèche-linge ? Will you take out the old dryer?
