"Ça y est" is used as a question to confirm that something is done, a situation has resolved, or that a moment has finally arrived.
Ça y est ?	That's it?
"Ça y est" is used to indicate that something is finally done or has just been completed.
Ça y est, c'est fait.	That's it, it's done.
Ça y est, ça va mieux ?	That's it, is it better?
Ça y est, tu l'as fait.	That's it, you did it.
"C’est ça" is used confirm something or agree with what someone else has said. It can also be used to acknowledge understanding.

Tu sors avec elle, c'est ça ?	You're dating her, right?

"The French do not have tag questions like "do you?", "don't you?" or "are you?" as in English. They use the followings for confirmation.
À cause de la chaleur, c'est ça ?	Because of the heat, right?
C'est fou, non?	Crazy, right?
Il n'y a pas de problème, hein ?	There's no problem right?
On peut parler là, c'est bon ?	We can talk there, is that okay?
C'est mieux, là ?	Is it better now? (asking if the adjustment or change is satisfactory)
Je fais chier personne, pas vrai ?	I'm not bothering anyone, right? ("pas vrais ?" is less frequently used)
"alors is used to mean "so" or "then".
On fait quoi, alors ?	What do we do then? / So what do we do?
Tout va bien, alors ?	Is everything okay then?
